A 12-oz bag of our French Roast. A combination of our Colombian Supremo, Guatemalan Huehuetenango, and Nicaraguan Segovia beans. Central American coffees are renowned for their ability to be roasted to a dark level without losing the typical characteristics of the bean.

Dark Roast.

A 12-oz bag of our Guatemalan Huehuetenango. Pron.’Way-Way-Ten-Nang-Oh’ Bright flavor, fruity with delicate floral notes. Hints of dark cacao.

Light Roast.

A 12-oz bag of our Nicaraguan Segovia. Good Nicaraguan coffees are considered a “classic” cup: Segovia is the richest and mildest of this distinctive Central American Coffee. It has great body, clean flavor, and balance. As a Strictly High Grown coffee, this strain does not develop the strong acidity normal to other Central American strains. Great body and a slightly rustic fruited layer.

Light Roast.
